Where can I present my product to have it repaired?

The Rivoli Group has a network of R-Care Centers located in U.A.E and Oman for your convenience. Please present your product along with the warranty certificate and RivoliShop purchase invoice to any  R-Care Centre. Minor repairs like simple battery replacement or water resistance testing may be done on the spot. For other repairs, the product may be sent to the Rivoli Group Central Service Centre.

In Qatar and Bahrain, the products may be presented along with the warranty certificate and RivoliShop purchase invoice in any Rivoli or Hour Choice shop, for further transmission to the Service Centre.

    The service is really bad. The battery changed in my watch did not last 12 hours. Now I will have to go bur dubai to het it checked again. Really wastage of time
