We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or delivery address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Rivoli Group may refuse or reject any order at any time, refunding you monies you have paid (as per the Return policy) for the order, for reasons which include but are not limited to, if you have not met the conditions specified at the time of the order, if your payment cannot be processed, if the ordered items or services are not available, or for obvious errors on the website or made in connection with your order in which case we will cancel your order.
