    Such a bad experience with Rivoli!!
    My Order No. 00074222 was placed on 23-11-2018. I haven't received any item until now!!! Neither did I receive a call or email scheduling the delivery!!! I paid using credit card, and I wanted the items as a gift for someone! You disappointed me!!!

    then I called april 1 to cancel it because you will not deliver on the time frame that I want and now I received the message from aramex for the delivery of the items?
    It means they didnot cancel the order?

    please cancel the delivery of aramex courier since I cancel also the order from your customer support hotline.

    I ordered on March 29.. but until now.. you dont have replies or update for the delivery.. what's happening??? You should have informed me if you dont have stock so i can order from the other store.
