What is your return / exchange policy?

We believe that you will be delighted with your item but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

You may return undamaged and unused items within 14 days of their delivery date.

We try to select and package the items as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate to the extent you bring it back to us at the locations listed below within 14 days from receipt.

To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, the original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, parts and components and the original manufacturer packaging. Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund or exchange.

Return Process

  • Wrap your items in their original Delivery packaging and bring along your invoice to one of the below locations.

  • An authorized staff member will take your package and you may decide to choose another item from the store.
